Contribute an Article

We are continually and actively in need for posts from the most experienced fitness coaches and of course, body builders. If you think that you have the muscle to write quality articles for us, let us know and include the following on your application:

  1. A resume telling us what you have done in the past, affiliations, achievements, and certifications.
  2. Areas where you excel the most and how you think you can contribute to the goals of the blog.
  3. Links to a few composition samples.

Contribute a Training Plan

If you think that you are gifted with body building ideas and techniques, but are not that blessed when it comes to writing. Relax. We are also in need of contributors to help us formulate training programs.

If you think that you have that ability to share programs that work, let us know and include the following on your application:
